The second strand of this project focuses on creating more diverse images of the healthcare workforce. We've noticed a gap in the representation of many marginalised groups (people who are disabled, the LGBTQIA+ community as well as people from different ethnic backgrounds) in workforce images. 

We've had such an amazing response to this call for models! We have now completed all strand 2 photoshoots and are processing the images. A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered to be part of this strand. Images to follow!
