The second strand of this project focuses on creating more diverse images of the healthcare workforce. We've noticed a gap in the representation of many marginalised groups (people who are disabled, the LGBTQIA+ community as well as people from different ethnic backgrounds) in workforce images. So we want to take pictures of a wide range of people modelling as healthcare professionals to increase the visibility of underrepresented groups.

To do this, we are looking for volunteers from the following communities to act as models:
Black, Asian and global majority
LGBTQIA+
Disabled
